04435 Monument Valley

A classic scene from one of the most photographed spots in the southwest. Sandstone buttes and monoliths tower up to 1000 feet over the flat valley floor. This is one of my favorite places. For hundreds of years, it has been home to the Dine people. They are kind enough to allow us to visit.
